Terms of Service

Mockri (“Mockri”, “we”, “us”) is a mock-interview service operated by Ramees PP, an individual based in Kerala, India, reachable at hello@mockri.com and at the address listed on our Contact page. By creating an account or booking a session you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Mockri connects candidates with human interviewers for practice (“mock”) interviews focused on Data Engineer and Data Analyst roles. Each session is approximately 30 minutes and is conducted over Google Meet at a time you schedule.

• Sessions are practice interviews for preparation purposes only. They are not real job interviews and do not constitute a job offer, recruitment, placement, or any guarantee of employment or outcome.
• Feedback is delivered verbally during the session and/or by a follow-up email, at the interviewer’s discretion. We do not record sessions within the platform.
• To help the interviewer tailor the session, you may upload a job description and your resume. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for not uploading confidential information you are not permitted to share.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mockri. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You may sign in with Google or with an email and password. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Every user is entitled to one free trial session.
• Each session after the free trial costs ₹999 (Indian Rupees), payable at the time of booking.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Booking, cancellation, no-show and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a no-show consumes your free trial; a no-show or late cancellation on a paid session forfeits the payment; and if the interviewer or a technical fault on our side prevents the session, you are offered a free reschedule.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against an interviewer or any other person.
• Record, screen-capture or redistribute a session without the interviewer’s explicit consent.
• Misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where a no-show or violation has occurred.

The Mockri name, website, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the documents you upload; you grant us a limited licence to use them only to deliver and improve your session.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant any particular interview outcome, job offer, or result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the session giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
